Resource Center: How to Use New Stimulus Funding to Boost Your Tech

In 2020, hundreds of state and local government agencies took advantage of CARES Act funds to accelerate their ability to provide digital experiences and information to their whole communities, especially hard-to-reach populations.  The $1.9 trillion in U.S. federal stimulus known as the American Rescue Plan is now available for states, local governments, transit systems, and education providers through direct aid and economic stimulus.  
This landmark stimulus bill corrects many of the shortcomings of the CARES act by providing enhanced flexibility and a much longer timeframe (projects are eligible through Dec. 31, 2024) for state and local governments to use the funds, covering both new and existing projects.
