Altamonte Springs has partnered with Vetavizeto support the city’s veteran employees via a new AI-driven platform.

The Orlando-based technology company seeks to serve those who have served by using artificial intelligence and automation to help military veterans navigate and claim their Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits.

“By streamlining traditionally slow and complex government processes, Vetavize ensures veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned more efficiently and effectively,” the company's website states.

“Our veterans have made significant sacrifices for our country, and the city is so grateful to them,“ said Frank Martz, city manager of Altamonte Springs, in a press release. “By teaming up with Vetavize, we can express our gratitude in a meaningful way. This initiative not only aids in retaining and recruiting top talent but also strengthens our commitment to being a veteran-friendly workplace.”

According to the statement, Vetavize will improve and cut down benefit processing times for veterans from years to months, streamline claims processes and minimize errors while ensuring access to essential resources and providing city employees with personalized guidance to maximize their VA benefits via Vetavize’s AI platform.
