According to RFP No. 24-39, “The new control panel should be designed in alignment with current Bay County design standards. Panel will include new OIT, a new GE Orbit Platform Multiservice-Connect Router for continued radio communications back to the Bay County WTP with provisions for later adding backup cellular communications.”
As for a specific scope of services, the RFP lists the following requirements for vendors:
- Install the new control panel
- Provide all necessary hardware and components to complete the project
- Provide startup commissioning and testing on site
