The city of Dunedin has issued a request for information (RFI) inviting proposals from vendors for a golf course management system.

RFP No. 2379 states that the Pinellas County city is seeking a comprehensive solution encompassing efficient tee time and tee sheet management for coordinating reservations and pro shop inventory management.

The system should also offer member billing and management capabilities streamlining the billing process. It will also require an integration with marketing tools.

Vendors should allow customers to easily access information, make bookings, and interact with the facility. While not mandatory, vendors that can include optional add-ons such as credit card processing functionality along with the necessary hardware are encouraged to submit proposals.

More detailed information about RFP No. 2379, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The deadline for proposals is 3 p.m. April 4. There is no pre-bid conference. Shawna Pateiro is the point of contact for this RFP.
