According to the RFP, the DMS will be used to enhance records management, indexing, workflow and secure document access of digital images.

The DMS should use a cloud-based/SaaS content services platform that can:
  • Enable document search and autonomous folder management by city application administrator
  • Support all modern web browsers and be accessible on iOS and Android devices
  • Allow city administrators to configure role-based and individual user permissions
  • Include eight full user licenses and eight participant licenses for forms and workflows
  • Provide a minimum of 100 GB of storage per license

More information about RFP No. 2024-4-CC can be found online. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place at 10 a.m. on July 16. The deadline to submit proposals is 3 p.m. Aug. 8.
