The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) has issued an invitation to bid (ITB) for vendors to provide a cloud-based solution for two applications.

The applications handle travel mileage reimbursement and fleet management, and the department is seeking licensing and ongoing support for automated, cloud-hosted, web-based solutions for them.

Service specifications include:
  • Providing a secure, user-friendly, online, cloud-hosted application capable of tracking, logging, calculating and reporting travel mileage for department staff when using state-issued fleet or personal vehicles for business purposes
  • Providing a tiered structure of license costs
  • The application must integrate with Okta, the department’s enterprise identity access management system
  • The application must integrate with the department’s enterprise data warehouse, which is hosted in Azure Synapse for data repository and internal data analysis
More information about DCF ITB 2425 077 can be found online. Questions are due at 10 a.m. on June 10, and the submission deadline is 10 a.m. on Sept. 8. Joshua Burns is the contact for this solicitation.
