According to the job posting, the hired candidate will ensure the strategic direction of the division’s IT team and use their expertise to “lead and manage project requirements and introduce new, beneficial tools and practices.”
They will also manage product development to meet the needs of internal and external clients and provide a technical point of view and guidance on opportunities and risks to support clients.
Minimum requirements for the role include four years of experience in computer science, software engineering, IT, business administration or another related field, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience in business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis and technical design
- Knowledge of the entire product life cycle, from ideation and development to deployment, support and end of life
- Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts and how they impact product functionality and user adoption
- Knowledge of or skill in Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience assessing data, analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions to guide product development
