The department needs licenses and services from Esri for tools including StoryMaps, Map Viewer, ArcGIS Dashboards, Scene Viewer, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS Hub Premium, ArcGIS AppStudio, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Collector, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS QuickCapture, ArcGIS Survey123, ArcGIS Workforce, ArcGIS for Office, ArcGIS for SharePoint, ArcGIS Navigator, ArcGIS Business Analyst, ArcGIS Insights, ArcGIS Drone2Map, ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud, and ArcGIS online licensing support.

The agency has tailored its processes and data collection to be compatible with ArcGIS’ proprietary mapping technology. Prospective vendors should provide details on their ability to supply the required commodities or services.
