DFS has issued a request for information regarding how AI innovators can shape the future and benefit consumers.

In a forward-looking move, the Department of Financial Services (DFS) has initiated a request for information (RFI) to gain deeper insights into how AI can reshape the future of financial services. By seeking input and information from industry experts, innovators and stakeholders, DFS aims to create a road map for harnessing AI’s capabilities to benefit consumers.
