Department of Management Services Issues Contract for Cloud Solutions

The contract offers direct access to Oracle's cloud solutions.

The Department of Management Services has announced a new enterprise alternate contract source for Oracle Cloud Solutions, effective June 27, 2024, through Sept. 15, 2026.

The contract provides direct access to Oracle's suite of Cloud Solutions including:
  • Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Oracle Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
  • Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS)

The contract does not include:
  • Value-added services such as maintenance, professional services, partner services and training services
  • Authorized resellers not explicitly listed on the state purchasing website

The state has adopted Oracle financial management software and Oracle cloud infrastructure services to implement the massive Florida PALM project.
