- 24/7 remote temperature monitoring for school service and production equipment and alerts of temperature fluctuations outside acceptable levels, as well as logging the data on a cloud-based system accessible by the district’s food service personnel.
- A secondary purpose is to select a source of supply and service for wireless food service remote temperature monitoring and compliance hardware and system in the event a new system is needed. The awarded vendor will provide the system, when needed, and the monitoring of that new system.
