The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is solicitating vendors for the implementation and migration of the department's on-premises Kentico version 12 Content Management System to the on-premises Xperience by Kentico platform.

An invitation to negotiate (ITN) from the department calls for migrating the department's websites, including three primary domains, from Kentico 12 to Xperience by Kentico.

The domains are:
  • An external website (Internet)
  • An internal website (corporate/intranet)
  • A CJNET website (extranet)
The CJNET website is accessible only to law enforcement entities. Therefore, a solution to manage access is required; SaaS options will not be considered.

More detailed information about FDLE-ITN-2500, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. An optional pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. Oct. 15. Questions are due by 12 p.m. Oct. 25. The deadline for technical replies is 2:30 p.m. Dec. 3. Angela Githens is the point of contact for this solicitation.
