Financial Services Recruiting Computer and Information Systems Manager

The candidate will design systems; develop standards; plan for Unix, Linux and storage; manage budgets; oversee contracts; and set usage procedures.

The Department of Financial Services is seeking to hire a computer and systems information manager.

The candidate would design enterprise systems; develop standards; plan for Unix, Linux and storage needs; manage budgets; and oversee contracts, while establishing usage procedures.

Other job responsibilities include:
  • Awareness of disaster recovery principles and practices
  • Experience with NetApp storage solutions like ONTAP, FAS and AFF series
  • Knowledge of storage protocols including NFS, CIFS, iSCSI and Fibre Channel
  • Understanding of SAN/NAS architectures, storage virtualization and data replication
  • Skills in data protection strategies such as backup, cloud management and data security

Applicants must have four years of experience in a related field, or a relevant bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with two years of experience.
