The Florida Digital Service (FLDS) is seeking an enterprise technology partnerships manager to foster strategic partnerships and oversee critical technology projects.

The job posting states, “This role is crucial for ensuring that our initiatives align with the strategic vision of the FLDS while enhancing collaboration between state agencies, vendor partners and our team.”

Specific responsibilities for the role include:

  • Strategic liaison: Act as the primary liaison, enhancing communication and collaboration between FLDS, state agencies and technology vendors to ensure strategic alignment and partnership efficacy 
  • Project oversight: Lead and monitor the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed on time and within budget 
  • Stakeholder engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating project statuses and strategic initiatives 
  • Policy and compliance: Ensure all technology projects and partnerships comply with relevant state and federal regulations while advocating for best practices in digital governance 
  • Strategic planning: Contribute to the strategic planning process, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the digital services landscape 

Minimum qualifications for the role include five years of experience in information technology and a project management professional certificate.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Having a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, business administration or another related field 
  • Having five-plus years of experience in strategic roles within technology environments, particularly in government or large-scale digital transformation projects 
  • Having extensive knowledge of digital transformation principles, project management methodologies and government technology regulations 

The hiring salary for the role is $90,000 to $105,000, and the recruitment deadline is April 22.
