Florida State University Issues ITN for Curriculum Software

The university plans to contract with a research-driven entity that has expertise in parent engagement within the child welfare system to support the Florida Institute for Child Welfare.

Florida State University (FSU) in Tallahassee has released an invitation to negotiate (ITN) requesting qualified vendors to submit proposals for an e-learning course focused on advanced certification in parent engagement within the Florida child welfare system.

According to the ITN, the objective is to “enable FSU to enter into a contract with a Respondent to enable the Florida Institute for Child Welfare (FICW) to secure the services of a research-driven entity with subject matter expertise in parent engagement within the child welfare system.”

Vendors will be asked to:
  • Create a course with one overview module
  • Develop six content modules
  • Include one conclusion module
  • Provide a guide for two four-hour facilitated training sessions
  • Offer a coaching engagement guide and collaborate on a recruitment webinar
