According to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), the university expects a five-year initial contract with extension options.
Proposals should demonstrate expertise in Concur and third-party integrations, along with services like risk management, meeting planning and automated travel tools.
The successful respondent shall provide the following services:
- Airfare, rail and lodging reservations
- Car rental reservations
- Contract management within Concur, including manual loading and display
- Support in implementing university policies and travel strategies in Concur
- Additional travel services, including charter bus and Greyhound-type bookings
