Florida State University Seeking Travel Management Software

Functional requirements for the five-year contract include booking airfare, rail, lodging and car rentals, as well as managing contracts within Concur.

Florida State University (FSU) is seeking qualified vendors to provide full reservation services for domestic and international travel, integrated with Concur expense management and comprehensive travel agent support.

According to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), the university expects a five-year initial contract with extension options.

Proposals should demonstrate expertise in Concur and third-party integrations, along with services like risk management, meeting planning and automated travel tools.

The successful respondent shall provide the following services:
  • Airfare, rail and lodging reservations
  • Car rental reservations
  • Contract management within Concur, including manual loading and display
  • Support in implementing university policies and travel strategies in Concur
  • Additional travel services, including charter bus and Greyhound-type bookings
Questions for ITN 6687-6 are due at 5 p.m. Dec. 9. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. Jan 6 through the FSU Public Procurement Portal site.
