FloridaCommerce Announces Vendor Shortlist for FL WINS Customer Portal

The department is seeking to implement technology solutions and secure maintenance and operations for a new customer portal.

The Florida Department of Commerce (FloridaCommerce) has released the shortlist of vendors selected to engage in negotiations for the FL WINS Customer Portal.

According to the invitation, the current and future needs of the FL WINS Customer Portal include a common intake form, federated data architecture, and all supporting services to facilitate referrals between programs of Workforce Partner Agencies for the Florida Workforce Integrated Networking Systems (FL WINS) Program.

The three vendors selected to advance, and their scores, are:

Accenture, Slalom Inc., ProCom Consulting and Infosys Public Services also bid on the opportunity.

According to addendum No. 5, negotiations will not be open to the public but will be recorded. The department will share scheduling details and agendas with the designated respondents through email.
