According to the RFP, the proposed system must meet the following requirements at a minimum:
- Enable email and text notifications to officers hired for off-duty jobs
- Integrate seamlessly with the FLPD payroll system to track officers' on-duty schedules
- Offer access to an application programming interface for custom reporting and integration with other applications
- Provide a single billing portal for receiving payments from companies, vendors or individuals requesting extra-duty police services
- Facilitate digital payments (ACH and credit card) between clients and officers within the application
