The incumbent in this position will be responsible for planning, budgeting, organizing, directing and coordinating operations for the city’s information technology office.

The minimum requirements for the role include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, public administration or a closely related field, plus five or more years of experience in IT service delivery management.
