Fort Lauderdale Seeks lnfor CloudSuite Managed Services

The city is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed vendors to provide Infor CloudSuite application support and managed services.

The city of Fort Lauderdale has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for contract-managed services for its Infor CloudSuite platform.

Infor CloudSuite is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning software that aims to optimize operations by managing data, improving system productivity, consolidating systems and reducing risk.

The selected contractor must be able to provide application support for Infor CloudSuite modules pertaining to financial management, supply chain management, human capital management, BIRST analytics and reporting.

Assistance with absence management, benefits, performance management, general ledger, accounts payable and procurement is also required.

Other requirements include providing resources and technical support services for the city’s application software built on “Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management and CloudSuite HCM and Payroll, Version 11.”

Once a contractor is chosen, they would be asked to meet the following work schedule, according to the RFP:
  • The city needs managed support services for approximately 25 hours per week or 1,300 hours per year 
  • The regular work schedule will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday 
  • If additional hours are needed due to varying work assignments, those hours will be billed at the hourly rate listed in the contract 
  • In compliance with the city hours of operation, the contractor will work remotely
