The Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive SaaS IT service management (ITSM) solution to improve IT operations, service delivery, user experience and ensure IT governance and compliance.

According to the RFP, the selected solution must include features for incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, service catalog, knowledge management and reporting/analytics. FGCC does not currently have a solution, and there will be no data migration from the temporary system in use.

The scope of work for this solicitation notes that it aims to implement IT service management standards with a SaaS ITSM tool, including a flexible tool for ITSM processes, service desk support, consulting for configuration, implementation and ongoing technical support.

Bids are due by 2 p.m. Jan. 15 and should be emailed to Shane Phillips.
