The Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) is seeking solicitations from vendors to help create a centralized grant management solution (GMS).

The system will feature an analytics tool connecting GMS data with state financial systems through a data warehouse, linking key financial and performance data with reported grant information. According to the invitation to negotiate (ITN), “public users will be able to access reports, grant opportunities and performance details.”

Minimum expectations for the project include:
  • Thorough monitoring and analysis throughout the entire grant life cycle
  • Enhancing accessibility and awareness of grant opportunities and achievements
  • Optimizing the acquisition of federal funding
  • Serving as a centralized hub for both state and federal grants

The deadline to respond is 3 p.m. on Feb. 15. The ITN and related documents can be found online under advertisement number ITN-07469. The point of contact is Katie Wagner.
