Jacksonville Seeks Maintenance and Tech Support for Smarsh Text Message Archiving

The initial service period will span one year, with the possibility of a one-year renewal option.

The city ofJacksonville’s IT Division is seeking bids from vendors for Smarsh text message archiving services.

According to Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 15476-24, suppliers must include the following information in their responses:

  • Estimated quantity of software maintenance and support of Smarsh text messaging archiving needed to complete the project
  • Response price
  • Response minimum release amount
  • Starting price
  • Estimated total amount

Bids for this solicitation must be submitted via the city’s e-procurement system, 1Cloud.
