Leon County Seeking Jumbotron, Digital Video Camera Rentals

The vendor is responsible for delivering and retrieving all required equipment at the event sites, ensuring availability for year-round rental.

The Leon County Division of Tourism has issued an invitation to bid (ITB) for jumbotron and video camera rentals for upcoming events.

According to the ITB, vendors need to offer an open-air jumbotron with a 40-inch deck height, including input options like HDMI, HDSDI and DVI. The jumbotron should be capable of being taken off-road and left outdoors, operational and in place, for multiple days. It must also be able to function in all weather conditions.

Vendors must also provide a digital video production system with 10-HD PTZ broadcast cameras, 4-HD POV broadcast cameras, multi-view monitors, recording capabilities, wireless video transmitters covering at least 2,000 feet and a livestreaming hardware encoder.

An on-site production director/engineer must be present to manage switchers, communicate with camera operators and coordinate with livestreaming platform providers for the events.
