“There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing an agency unlock its full potential through technology,” said Stewart, a Tallahassee native with almost 20 years of experience as a sales executive.

In his new position, Stewart said he’s looking forward to working alongside state and local government agencies to help them achieve their full potential by tackling some of their biggest challenges.

For example, “A lot of agencies here are dealing with outdated systems, disconnected workflows and increasing demands from citizens who expect seamless digital experiences,” Stewart told Industry Insider — Florida. “My job is to help them leverage ServiceNow to create solutions that not only make their jobs easier but also improve how they serve the public.”

ServiceNow, based in Santa Clara, Calif., uses its cloud-based platform to help users automate and manage their digital processes.

“I wanted to be part of a company that is redefining how government agencies serve their communities, and ServiceNow felt like the perfect place to do that,” he said.

Before ServiceNow, Stewart held various sales executive positions with Elastic, Tableau Software, Help Lightning, Genesys, Image API and National Strategies LLC.

Moving forward, Stewart said his short-term focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies across Florida.

In the long term, he aims to become “a trusted partner that agencies can rely on — not just for one project but throughout their entire digital transformation journey.”

“At the end of the day, my goal is simple: be a trusted adviser to help government agencies work smarter so they can focus on what matters most — serving their stakeholders,” Stewart said.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Florida.
