St. Petersburg College Seeking Digital Accessibility Consulting

The selected vendor will provide a gap analysis, detailed recommendations, implementation road map and ongoing support such as training and compliance monitoring as needed.

St. Petersburg College is seeking proposals from digital accessibility consulting firms to evaluate its enterprise resource planning system (PeopleSoft), learning management system (Canvas), website, online portals and third-party integrations.

According to the RFP, “the goal is to ensure accessibility compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, with a preference for WCAG 2.2, Level AA compliance, before April 2026.”

The selected vendor will assess compliance, provide recommendations and offer an implementation road map as needed.

At least three references from previous clients, ideally from higher education institutions, where the vendor has provided digital accessibility consulting services are required.

Questions are due at 2 p.m. Dec. 2. Proposals are due by 10 a.m. Jan 6 through the BidNet Direct site.
