State Court System Recruiting Information Systems Consultant

The Office of the State Courts Administrator is seeking an information systems consultant to work remotely to create and maintain computer applications and systems.

The Office of the State Courts Administrator is seeking an information systems consultant II to work remotely for its Tallahassee office to oversee development, installation, configuration, performance tuning and analysis.

According to the job posting, “this is a technical position within a fast-paced team focused on LAMP stack development.” The position focuses on creating developments and maintaining current systems while utilizing modern development technologies.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining computer applications and systems
  • Generating data and reports
  • Evaluating the technical feasibility of proposed system projects
  • Troubleshooting complex software issues
  • Creating new productivity tools and methodologies
Preference will be given to applicants with recent experience in PHP or .NET development, relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and knowledge of the LAMP stack and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony. Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies and cross-platform integration is also desired.
