The five largest buys were:
- $46,354,930 to L3Harris Technologies Inc., a global provider of communication systems
- $37,409,720 to NorthgateArinso LLC, a company focusing on digital payroll services
- $12,655,640 to Accenture LLP, a company that offers cybersecurity services
- $9,896,210 to American Tower Corp.,which handles wireless and broadcast communication infrastructure
- $9,431,133 to Insight Public Sector Inc., a business focusing on providing end-to-end IT solutions for the public sector
That $115.7 million is significantly higher than the $85.5 million DMS spent on its five largest IT services contracts in the third quarter of 2023.
