Tracking the Spend: $30.4M for FDC’s Top 5 IT Service Buys in 2024

The Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) saw a slight decrease in spending on IT services from 2023 to 2024.

From Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2024, FDC’s five largest purchases of IT services totaled $30.4 million. According to the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System, the department spent $33 million on the five largest buys of IT services in 2023. One large contract in 2023, with the Kentucky State Treasurer, made the difference.

FDC’s five largest purchases of IT services in 2024, with rounding, were:
  • $11.5 million with NTT Data Americas Inc. 
  • $6.4 million with Pride Enterprises 
  • $6.4 million with Northgate Limited Inc. 
  • $4 million with Integrated Modular Solutions LLC 
  • $2.3 million with Imperial Bag and Paper Co. LLC 
During 2023, FDC’s top five buys of IT services, with rounding, were:
  • $13.3 million with the Kentucky State Treasurer 
  • $6.1 million with Northgate Limited Inc. 
  • $6 million with Integrated Modular Solutions LLC 
  • $5.5 million with Pride Enterprises 
  • $2.2 million with Taser International
