- $1.7 million to Environmental Risk Management Inc., an environmental consulting firm that provides assistance to real estate professionals, developers, business owners, government officials and financial institutions
- $1.6 million to Advanced Environmental Technologies LLC, a provider of professional testing, inspection, engineering, environmental and consulting services
- $1.5 million to Titan Facilities Inc., a provider of custodial/housekeeping services and base facility services to various U.S. government departments/agencies and the Department of Defense
- $1.4 million to Fourtune 4 Inc., a consulting firm operating under the name Environmental Assessments and Consulting, offering services such as assessments, abatement, testing, monitoring and remediation
- $1.3 million to Imperial Testing and Engineering Inc., an environmental geotechnical consulting, engineering and testing firm
Regarding specific purchases, the department spent about $28 million on environmental rehabilitation, $1.7 million on light trucks or sport utility vehicles, $1.6 million on IT consultation services and $575,679 on terrestrial ecosystem management services.
