Tracking the Spend: DOH Spent $800M+ in 2023 and 2024 on IT

The top three state commodities by IT spend were IT consultation services, business and corporate management and software maintenance and support.

In 2023 and 2024, the agency with the largest spending on tech-related projects was the Florida Department of Health (DOH) with more than $800 million.

According to the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System, DOH spent $142.2 million in 2023 and $701.3 million in 2024 on IT.
