St. Johns County Seeks Strategic Planning and Performance Management Software

The software must be cloud-based and assist the county with goal setting, goal tracking, reporting, performance analytics, monitoring key performance indicators, milestone tracking, road mapping, scenario planning, budgeting and scorecards.

St. Johns County, which encompasses St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee, is seeking cloud-based strategic planning and performance management software.

According to a request for quotations (RFQ) from the county, the software would assist with goal setting, goal tracking, reporting, performance analytics, monitoring key performance indicators, milestone tracking, road mapping, scenario planning, budgeting and scorecards.

As for specific software requirements, the RFQ lists the following:
  • Execute, manage and publish all plans in one place 
  • Track and measure performance and improve plan performance both internally and externally 
  • Track metrics unrelated to a plan to assist and support managerial decisions 
  • Offer customizable dashboards that can be made brand-specific  
  • Publish interactive public dashboards and use dashboards to show progress toward targets
