With a steadily increasing population of more than 300,000, the county has a recommended tech budget of $5.6 million.
The software must be cloud-based and assist the county with goal setting, goal tracking, reporting, performance analytics, monitoring key performance indicators, milestone tracking, road mapping, scenario planning, budgeting and scorecards.
