
During his tenure with the transportation solutions company, he led daily operations across 13 tolling facilities in the mid-Atlantic region, managed a $50 million portfolio and oversaw strategic decision-making to meet specific financial objectives.
Based on this prior experience, Rosario “has earned a reputation for implementing innovative tolling solutions and fostering exceptional customer experiences” by “modernizing toll collection systems and deploying next-generation technologies to improve transportation networks,” a press release from THEA states.
As for his new role, Rosario will oversee toll system operations, technological advancements and customer-focused experiences for THEA’s Selmon Expressway network.
