Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority

The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority is expanding its connected vehicle program on the Selmon Expressway to push more messaging to drivers, change behavior and possibly reward better driving with cheaper toll rates.

The authority’s tentative procurement plan for fiscal year 2025 includes several requests for proposals, invitations to bid and requests for quotations related to IT, cybersecurity and tech.
