The SaaS solution would replace the county’s existing software and improve the submission process for commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and customer invoice claims while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
The system will process reservations for campgrounds and point-of-sale transactions, maintain an inventory of county rental properties, and log annual and semi-annual permit purchases for boat and beach access.
Specific business technology services allocations include $49 million for enterprise IT services, $4 million for custom IT services and $2.7 million for the county’s Justice Consolidated Case Management System.
Students in the program will learn IT skills in robotics, AI, energy storage and more.
