Box Promotes Eric Roy to Director of Public-Sector Accounts

In his new role, the Los Angeles-based executive will manage six sales teams covering Texas, California, the Pacific Northwest, the Rockies, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Technology account executive Eric Roy has been promoted to director of public-sector accounts for Box, a solution provider that does business with thousands of government agencies across the nation.

Roy has been with Box for three years, beginning as a large enterprise account executive. In his new role, he leads a team of six large enterprise and strategic account executives in the western United States. Roy’s team supports public-sector state and local government and education (SLED) accounts across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana (TOLA); California; the Pacific Northwest and the Rockies.

Brett Conrad, Box’s vice president for public sector, is similarly enthused about Roy’s promotion.
