Bexar County, with San Antonio as the county seat, has two requests for proposals (RFP) relating to its law enforcement departments including the sheriff.

RFP No. 1112 has a 10 a.m. Sept. 11 deadline and seeks a Workday Time Clock and Timekeeping solution for the Sheriff’s Office, Adult Probation Department and Juvenile Probation Department. The vendor should be a certified Workday vendor, and the solution should be scalable to the entire county.

The three departments are using TimeClock Plus, Kronos/UKG and other timekeeping methods; however, the Adult Probation Office is the priority for this contract.

The chosen vendor will be Workday-certified and experienced, provide a cloud-based solution, adhere to Bexar County technical requirements, offer ongoing support, provide references and meet the multiple needs of a growing county workforce.

The Sheriff’s Office is looking for a highly qualified vendor to provide compliant, turnkey, automated fingerprint identification and facial recognition systems.

The systems should run on private government cloud and meet the county’s technical requirements.

RFP No. 967 is due at 8 a.m. Sept. 18, and the contact for both is Sana Amanullah.
