The county seat of Johnson County has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for a new enterprise resource planning system.
The city of Cleburne has issued an RFP inviting companies to participate in a sealed bid to replace its current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Until recently, the city has used a Tyler Incode municipal ERP system to carry out its financial and personnel management needs.
However, the RFP states that the city is open to new solutions that are either fully on-premises or SaaS cloud-based. The request also states, “As the city balances its needs for full integration versus best-of-breed functionality, it is soliciting for multiple modules.”
To find out more about this proposal, all communications from vendors and other sources must be directed to the RFP coordinator, Melanie Cornwell. Email Purchasing@cleburne.net. Any contact with the city or its employees regarding this procurement is prohibited without prior consent from the RFP coordinator.
As for anticipated time frames, all bids are due Jan. 26.
