Concho Valley Council of Governments (CVCOG) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for experienced, qualified contractors who provide aerial imagery for its 911 program.

One vendor will receive a multiyear contract, and — depending on need — the contract could be extended for up to five years.

The council is based in San Angelo and serves a 13-county area. The project scope includes capturing industry-standard imagery of the region, as detailed in RFP no. 23-PUB-R-0079.

The project includes capturing high resolution “aerial color orthogonal imagery” that is compatible with Esri’s ArcGIS and Intrado’s MapFlex platforms.

CVCOG will own the imagery and require an access portal. It needs the imagery to be free from environmental obstructions and delivered in multiple formats. Training and support with documentation is also required.

There is a pre-submission conference at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 3, and written questions are due at 5 p.m. Oct. 6. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. Oct. 20.

The agency posts solicitations at www.cvcog.org. The contact is Jaylon Seales at Jaylon.seales@cvcog.org or 325-944-9666 ext. 282.
