Dallas Independent School District is looking for a full-cycle performance management system that offers training, development, performance and various other career-related tools.

According to a recently released request for proposals (RFP), the system should provide online performance reviews, learning management capabilities, customer relationship management, customization, data capabilities and content creation features. It must also sync with the district’s Oracle directory, connect to the employee active directory, use single sign-on and automate data transfers.

The bid package lists the school district as having about 23,000 employees, 141,000 students and 240 schools. Its proposed budget this year is $2.4 billion.

RFP No. RV-207494 has a 2 p.m. Oct. 1 due date and a Sept. 3 online pre-proposal conference. A best-value contract will be for three years with the potential for two one-year extensions.

Submissions should be made electronically through the iSupplier portal, which requires advance registration. The buyer is Rosa Viloria.
