“Howard’s diverse experience in various areas of technology and personnel management will be valuable in his new role at GISD,” said Director of Media Relations Leslie Crutsinger.
Howard succeeds Jennifer Coleman, who retired after 18 years at GISD and 28 years in the education field.
He brings 10 years of technology experience, including four years as the network administrator at Maypearl ISD. Howard previously was the IT manager for American Industrial Services in Waxahachie.
He attended Texas A&M University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management and a minor in business. He also has an Associates of Applied Science in Information Technology Administrator from Blinn College.
