Universal Services, with about 500 employees, provides IT and fleet support across Harris County with solutions to optimize business and operating models of supported agencies, according to its website. The county has 4.8 million residents, and the county seat is Houston.
As per RFP no. 23/0510, the division is looking for a vendor with five years’ experience that can provide a software solution to meet Harris County’s large-scale needs and integrate with existing software, including PeopleSoft.
The system will support at least:

- 200,000 assets
- 1,000 work orders per month
- 150 concurrent customers
