“[Tooley] has a strong background in professional services and looks to be a force within the public sector,” said the company’s director of client success, Glenn Jackson, via email. “She is hard charging, and we look for her to do amazing things.”
Luna is a technical professional services and consulting firm, and Tooley brings her recruiting and business expertise to the team. She was a recruiter for RJR Partners from October 2021 to July 2023.

Additionally, I am dedicated to propelling the public sector forward through strategic vision, project road mapping and fulfilling resource needs,” Tooley told Industry Insider — Texas. “My commitment extends to promoting inclusivity and advocating for women in the workplace, all fueled by dedication for positive change.”
She said she chose Luna because of its public-sector work and strong leadership team.
Tooley’s resume also includes marketing and business analyst roles. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication from Boise State University.
