Founded in 2011, the company is partnered with 300 public school districts and 1,000 schools including Arlington, Corpus Christi, Dallas and across the U.S.

During his time in Dallas schools, he:
- Launched a multiyear effort to integrate evidence-based, tech-enabled coaching.
- Worked to establish collegiate high schools in Dallas, giving students the opportunity to graduate with a high school diploma and an associate's degree.
- Worked with city and county leaders during Dallas County’s COVID-19 response, moving to remote learning.
