The winning bidder will:
- Provide a service suite with personal health records and features that could include scheduling, virtual care, payment and billing, directories and other patient-centered options
- Offer integration with multiple outside systems, be user friendly with simple navigation and a unified look and feel
- Be able to enhance patient-provider interaction with secure messaging, appointments and virtual visits
- Create an accessible, interoperable, customizable experience
- Offer tools to spot trends, offer care reminders and facilitate interventions
The interface will offer scheduling, a provider directory, telehealth services, health reference and resources, payment and related services, and communication channels; it will be available in multiple modes including mobile and desktop.
Responses for RFP No. 739-SL3545144 are due Dec. 21; the center prefers that vendors use the TechBid system.
