It is seeking a digital front door solution that will serve as its health-care services, information and resources hub for patients and providers.

The winning bidder will:
  • Provide a service suite with personal health records and features that could include scheduling, virtual care, payment and billing, directories and other patient-centered options
  • Offer integration with multiple outside systems, be user friendly with simple navigation and a unified look and feel
  • Be able to enhance patient-provider interaction with secure messaging, appointments and virtual visits
  • Create an accessible, interoperable, customizable experience
  • Offer tools to spot trends, offer care reminders and facilitate interventions

The interface will offer scheduling, a provider directory, telehealth services, health reference and resources, payment and related services, and communication channels; it will be available in multiple modes including mobile and desktop.
