Trophy Club Seeks Proposals for IT Support Services

A few of these services include professional help desk support, maintaining user accounts and installing software.

Trophy Club, a town located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for IT support services.

According to the RFP, these support services include:

  • Responding to telephone, in-person and email support requests from end users and management
  • Providing on-site personnel one to two days a week or on request
  • Maintaining user accounts in the town’s active directory 
  • Setting up onboarding and offboarding for employees for new programs, network and email accounts within the active directory
  • Assisting users with email system problems
  • Administering, maintaining and troubleshooting town print services and print devices
  • Troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing existing PC workstations and related hardware
  • Setting up, configuring and deploying new workstations
  • Installing and configuring software on PCs in compliance with established licensing

The following professional systems administration services are also required:

  • Inspecting and monitoring systems logs for security, system and application errors
  • Monitoring disk space usage and allocations throughout the server network
  • Data backup system configuration, maintenance, scheduling and backup verification
  • Managing IT security-risk and threat protection
  • Conducting routine updates on client-server software applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining local area network (LAN) infrastructure, including firewall, routers, switches, wireless routers and cabling
  • Monitoring and maintaining the town’s telephone system

All submissions for RFP No. 202303 must be addressed to April Duvall, chief financial analyst, at 1 Trophy Wood Drive, Trophy Club, TX 76262, and received before 11 a.m. June 30 to be considered.
