Accenture Launches Accenture LearnVantage to Help Clients and Their People Gain Essential Skills and Achieve Greater Business Value in the AI Economy
AI-native learning platform uses recommendation engine to deliver personalized learning experiences for technical teams, business users, C-suite and board members
Accenture has launched a new initiative called Accenture LearnVantage, a robust technology learning and training service aimed at helping clients reskill and upskill their workforce in key areas such as technology, data, and AI. This initiative is designed to assist organizations in identifying and bridging skill gaps that arise due to technological advancements, thereby fostering business reinvention and enhancing business value. Accenture LearnVantage offers personalized learning experiences tailored for a diverse audience, including IT professionals and C-suite executives, with specialized training in AI, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
To support this initiative, Accenture plans to invest $1 billion over the next three years and has also acquired Udacity to boost its learning capabilities. The platform will work in collaboration with major technology ecosystem partners like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, as well as learning partners such as Pluralsight, Coursera, Workera, and Skillsoft. These collaborations aim to provide industry-relevant training and certifications. Through Accenture LearnVantage, the company seeks to not only help clients achieve their business objectives but also prepare their workforce for future technological shifts.
