The Department of General Services will hold a series of public forums focused the state’s standard terms and conditions for IT contracts, according to a Jan. 7 broadcast memo from the department.
The forums are part of an effort by the state started last August to update terms and conditions used in the state’s model contract.
To be held at DGS headquarters in West Sacramento, forums are scheduled for Feb. 19, 20 and 21 starting at 10:00 a.m.
