Gartner is hosting a free half-day briefing on “Service Delivery Models and Digital Business Readiness” on Wednesday, Aug. 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel.
The session includes two 60-minute sessions: one detailing findings and insight from Gartner’s digital maturity benchmarking and the other on what makes digital government different from e-government. You do not have to be a Gartner client to attend.
Attendees will hear from Rick Howard, Gartner research director and Shafqat Azim, senior managing partner for Gartner Consulting.
